Grondstof Helden handles personal data with care.

1. Who controls your data?

Grondstof Helden is responsible for personal data processed through grondstofhelden.nl and box.grondstofhelden.nl. Questions can be sent to info@grondstofhelden.nl.

2. What data do we collect?

For contact, school registration or box/collection requests we may process organisation name, address, contact person, email, phone number, box quantities, school information and notes. Public forms do not request pupils’ personal data.

3. Why do we use this data?

To answer questions and requests, organise collection and logistics, manage school participation and – only with consent – send updates.

4. Legal basis

We process data to respond to requests, perform agreements, pursue legitimate operational interests and, where required, on the basis of consent.

5. Retention

Personal data is kept no longer than necessary for its purpose, administration and applicable legal retention duties.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers or operational/logistics partners when required for delivery, security or legal obligations.

7. Children and schools

School registration is handled by an adult contact. Separate arrangements and, where required, consent will be used for any pupil photos, videos or other pupil data.

8. Cookies and technical data

The current website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Hosting may process technically necessary server data. This policy will be updated if non-essential cookies are added.

9. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object where the law allows. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

10. Security and changes

We take appropriate security measures and update this policy when services, systems or laws change.
